Welcome to our 4 week guide to breathwork- The Power of Pranayama

Laying the foundations of breath awareness by understanding the pranamaya kosha (energy body) and nadis (energy channels). Beginning with gentle warm up practices to help develop lung capacity and diaphragm awareness and moving onto different pranayama practices.

Each week we will discuss and practice the following pranayama techniques: Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing), Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath), Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath), and Ujjayi (Ocean Sounding/Victorious Breath).

The sessions will be held live on zoom and you will also be given the recording so you can practice at home. (If you are unable to make the live session's you can also just receive the recordings for use in your own time)

Take the first step on your pranayama journey - now is the time to deepen your yoga practice.
