Join us for a special outdoor yoga class in the beautiful gardens of Coughton Court. Experience the sounds of nature and the tranquility of the landscape in peace as we flow through our gentle hatha practice.
The class will be followed by a delicious organic glass of wine ((white or rose) non-alcoholic is also available) and nibbles with a chance to chat to everyone in the sunshine.
Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended. Please bring a yoga mat, water and a blanket (let us know if this isn’t possible).
