Face Yoga focuses on relaxing and toning our facial muscles for a natural holistic facelift. Incorporating facial exercises, facial massage, facial relaxation and acupressure points which increase blood circulation, collagen production, and overall outer radiance.
This workshop also includes breathwork, reiki, EFT, meditation and wellbeing tips to help you glow from the inside out.
