Meditation for Beginners (online)

4 week course - starting 10th November.

Welcome to the Complete Beginners Meditation Course.

Do you struggle to meditate? Is your mind so busy that you can't seem to 'switch off'? Then this is the perfect course for you. We will dispel myths that meditation is about stopping thoughts and focus on what meditation is really about. Awareness.

Over the next 4 weeks we will discuss and practice different meditation techniques so that you have the skills and knowledge to meditate at home. You will also be given the recording of the class so you can practice at home throughout the week until we meet again.

If you are unable to make the live session you can also just receive the recordings for use in your own time.
