Welcome to our 4 week online meditation course - The Centred Self

Do you struggle to meditate? Is your mind so busy that you can't seem to 'switch off'? Are you interested in learning more about meditation but unsure where to start? Then this is the perfect course for you.

We will dispel myths that meditation is about stopping thoughts and focus on what meditation is really about. Awareness.

Join us over the next 4 weeks as we discuss and practice different meditation techniques allowing you to centre your mind and begin to cultivate awareness of self.

The sessions will be held live on zoom and you will also be given the recording so you can practice at home. (If you are unable to make the live session's you can also just receive the recordings for use in your own time)

Take the first step on your meditation journey - now is the time to bring harmony into your heart mind and soul.
